Issue Management is an important part of our daily project management work. But somehow it is not treated as important as risk management. I read some articles and made a notes on this topic.

如何用PPT画思维导图
制作思维导图有很多种工具，纸笔、mindmap, mindmanager, 等等。但是这些工具都没有纸笔来的自由。而PPT是我用过的，自由度仅次于纸笔的工具。或许是因为它并非专业制作思维导图的工具，所以基本上所有的元素都要自己画和组合，反而更可以随心所欲。
利用PPT制作思维导图跟其他工具差不多。为了提高效率，需要首先制作元素模板（或者你可以直接画，然后下面的利用之前的单元复制）。
